Jospeh W. Haney III


Joseph W. Haney III’s practice is primarily focused in the area of real estate where he advises owners and developers in the acquisition, development, and operation of real property. In this capacity he also regularly advises clients in the formation and structure of joint ventures, including providing tax counsel regarding the most tax-efficient method for structuring the ownership, acquisition, and disposition of real estate. Mr. Haney also provides general business counsel to small and mid-sized businesses.

Heather H. Whitehead


Heather H. Whitehead concentrates her practice on construction, real estate, and insurance coverage matters. Her practice focuses on all aspects of real estate, including the representation of property owners, builders and developers throughout all aspects of the development process, encompassing acquisition, financing, land development, construction, sales, and project closeout for commercial, retail, industrial, mixed-use, multi-family, and residential developments. Her experience covers the drafting of purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, construction contracts, CC&Rs, sales agreements, disclosures, SB800/Title 7 compliance documents, as well as other construction-related documents.

Michael V. LaBriola


Michael V. LaBriola, formerly of counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, concentrates his practice on complex and sophisticated estate and income tax planning for domestic and international high-net-worth individuals and their families. He has wide-ranging experience in achieving multi-generational wealth preservation and accumulation, as well as probate and trust administration. Michael also frequently implements business succession and transition planning for privately held companies, business owners and entrepreneurs to build and preserve the value of their companies and personal net worth.
